چکیده
A 63-day feeding trial with 640 juvenile L. maculatus was conducted to assess the effects of dietary CT on serum metabolites, antioxidant and immune response, liver histomorphology glycometabolism enzyme activities fish. Four diets were formulated contain 0 (T1), 1 (T2), 2 (T3), g/kg plus 4 polyethylene glycol (PEG) (T4). PEG specifically binds neutralize activity. Fish randomly distributed into 16 tanks (4 per group 40 fish tank) fed apparent satiation twice daily. Results indicated that T2 T3 had lower ( P <0.05) concentrations albumin, total cholesterol triacylglycerol, but higher alanine aminotransferase activity than T1 T4. glucose insulin other groups. superoxide dismutase, catalase, lysozyme globulin M Compared T4, hepatocytes in shown have obvious vacuolar degeneration along different degree inflammatory cell infiltration. values eosinophilic infiltrate necrosis greater pyruvate kinase, glucokinase those All parameters similar >0.05) between In summary, up reduced lipid concentrations, enhanced improved utilization . induced injury which provided a caution for its application aquaculture.

متن کاملInteractions of Condensed Tannins with Selected Proteins
The relative affinities ufeondensed tannins purilied from sorghum, pinto bean, quebracho and wattle for six dissimilar protins have been determined by a competitive binding assay. The results indicate that tannin/protein interactions may be specific for different tanains as well as for different proteins. The highly specific interactions suggest that the differences in affinity are functionally...
متن کاملRNA-Seq analysis of salinity stress–responsive transcriptome in the liver of spotted sea bass (Lateolabrax maculatus)
Salinity is one of the most prominent abiotic factors, which greatly influence reproduction, development, growth, physiological and metabolic activities of fishes. Spotted sea bass (Lateolabrax maculatus), as a euryhaline marine teleost, has extraordinary ability to deal with a wide range of salinity changes. However, this species is devoid of genomic resources, and no study has been conducted ...

In the past decades, many studies have shown that tannins (polyphenolic compounds) are involved in defence mechanisms of plants against attack by bacteria, fungi, and herbivores. Little is known about the mechanisms of action of the polyphenolic compounds (Zucker 1983, Scalbert 1991) even though modern analytical methods have improved the analysis of these complex structures (Mole and Watermann...
